1. Project background introduction


The Sichuan-east gas transmission project of Sinopec pipeline is another landmark event in the construction process of natural gas pipeline network in China after the west-to-east gas transmission project. When completed, the pipeline will become a veritable trans-regional green energy channel in eight provinces and cities, including Sichuan and Chongqing in western China, Hubei, Jiangxi and Anhui in the central region, and Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai in the eastern ministerial triangle.

According to the plan, the construction of the Sichuan-east gas transmission project mainly includes three parts: first, the production capacity construction project of the gas field, in which 81 development wells will be deployed, supporting the construction of surface gathering and transportation and public works, and it is estimated that the production capacity of 12 billion cubic meters of purified gas will be completed by the end of 2010. The second is the natural gas purification plant project, which is mainly aimed at the purification treatment of high contents of hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and natural gas in Puguang gas field, with an annual output of 12 billion cubic meters of purified natural gas and 2.83 million tons of sulfur after completion, and will become one of the largest natural gas purification plants in the world; third, the Sichuan-to-east natural gas pipeline project, with a total length of 2390 km, of which the trunk pipeline runs from Puguang, Sichuan in the west to Shanghai in the east, with a total length of 1700 km.

According to the plan approved by the state, the gas volume of the Sichuan-east gas transmission project is distributed as follows: under the premise of reasonable supply of gas used in Sichuan and Chongqing, the main suppliers are Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, taking into account Hubei, Anhui and Jiangxi provinces along the route. The project takes Puguang gas field as the main gas supply source, and the peripheral structure of the gas field and Tongnanba gas field as the upper production and replacement resources.


2. Project objectives and principles


As the largest natural gas investment project of Sinopec, there are many risks and challenges in Sichuan-to-east gas transmission. In the complex natural and social environment, such a large-scale project is bound to encounter many severe challenges, and its implementation process is bound to be full of risk interference and threats from various aspects. the problems that need to be solved, in addition to the problems of the general long-distance pipeline, its unique practical problems must also be considered according to the actual situation of the target market of "Sichuan-to-east gas transmission". As one of the suppliers in such a large project, it is a common goal to ensure the smooth construction of the project.


3. Detailed introduction of project implementation and application.


Sichuan-East Gas Transmission carried out bidding for compressor units of Golden Compressor Station, Yichang Compressor Station and Wuhan Compressor Station in May 2015, with a total of 9 sets. 9 sets of control systems and 21 sets of control systems are all Beijing Kangjisen Tricon Ts3000 control systems.

When we use compressors to transport gas and increase gas pressure, compressors must be driven by power equipment, which can be motor, steam turbine or gas turbine. In addition, compressor units need auxiliary equipment systems, such as interstage cooler, interstage separator, lubricating oil station, regulating oil station, compressor sealing system (dry gas seal, oil seal, steam seal), gearbox, turning device, etc. In order to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the compressor unit and the coordination among all the equipment, we can ensure it only by means of control. Take the compressor driven by steam turbine as an example, the control of the turbine compressor unit includes the following contents: start-up and stop control of the compressor unit. Compressor process monitoring; compressor anti-surge control; compressor speed control; compressor performance control; overspeed protection of steam turbine; steam turbine extraction control; compressor, turbine shaft vibration, shaft displacement monitoring; compressor, steam turbine bearing temperature monitoring; oil circuit system control; sealing system control; compressor, steam turbine interlock protection.

With the development of electronic technology, the control of compressor, steam turbine and auxiliary system has changed from the original single-loop control or decentralized instrument unit control mode to an integrated control system to realize the integrated control of the unit, and this control technology has become more and more mature and accepted by the majority of users. It provides many convenient factors, such as reducing installation and maintenance costs. The coordinated control between multiple loops becomes extremely easy, which improves the efficiency of unit operation, reduces the number of wrong stops and parking time, and increases the output of enterprises or chemical plants.

The company's anti-surge control technology is based on the five parameters of the compressor: inlet flow, inlet pressure, outlet pressure, inlet temperature and outlet temperature, through the calculation of unique surge control technology, output a value to realize the control of the anti-surge valve.
