Recently, the highest temperature in many parts of our country has exceeded 37 degrees Celsius, and the continuous high temperature heat wave has brought a test to the production of shipbuilding enterprises. The shipping enterprises adopt measures such as improving the working environment, adjusting the working time and strengthening the on-site management to minimize the impact of high temperature weather on enterprise production and employee health.
Many shipping enterprises are equipped with chillers and other heat prevention and cooling equipment at the production site to improve the on-site working environment and send cool to the front-line operators. This year, Zhongchuan Longxue Shipbuilding Company has purchased 428 fans, 61 fans and 500 umbrellas. At present, nearly 2000 fans, 1500 umbrellas and other facilities and equipment have been put into use in its production site. The Huangpu Shipbuilding Company has set up temporary drinking fountains on large ships under construction and designated special rest areas.
In order to protect the health of operators, Longxue Shipbuilding Company has set up 33 herbal tea supply points in the workshop and equipped with sufficient heat prevention and cooling drugs. Huangpu Shipbuilding Company will buy watermelons and other summer melons and send them to the production site.
In terms of working time, the shipping enterprises have made adjustments according to the actual situation. Wenchong Shipyard Company adjusted the commuting time from June 7, and asked the front-line production units to uniformly adjust the work and rest time according to the needs of production, and extend the noon rest time. Guangzhou Shipping International implements flexible working hours for employees who work in areas such as ship cabins and decktops, and grass-roots units can independently adjust their commuting time according to the actual situation.
The shipping enterprises also strengthen the management of the production site to ensure an adequate supply of direct drinking water at the dock, dock and dock, and to ensure the normal operation of cold air systems and other equipment. (Kuang Zhanting)
