From August 30th to September 1st, the 22nd South China International Electronic production equipment and Microelectronics Industry Exhibition (NEPCON South China 2016), jointly organized by the Electronic Information Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Lizhan Expo Group, was held in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. This exhibition has an exhibition area of 40000 square meters and nearly 50000 visitors, creating the largest number in history.

NEPCON South China 2016 has become an indispensable communication platform for South China to showcase the world's latest electronic production equipment and products.
The new products and programs in the exhibition lead the development trend of the global electronics manufacturing industry. A number of equipment manufacturers showed the latest "smart factory" solution, which adopts the concept of Industrial 4.0, using Internet of things, cloud computing technology and the process characteristics of SMT technology to realize complex processes such as intelligent material management, production plan optimization, automatic refueling, automatic error check and correction in the electronic manufacturing process, improving production efficiency and product quality. The "Smart Factory" solution will subvert traditional processes and concepts and have a far-reaching impact on the electronics manufacturing industry. For example, the "smart factory" solution-"Genesis" displayed by FUJI at the exhibition site, connects three links in the SMT processing process (Plan, Do, See) together, so that all aspects of SMT processing from programming to maintenance are managed intelligently.
In addition, the dazzling array of robots and robot hands at the exhibition site is also a bright spot. A variety of automatic equipment such as handling robots, automatic welding robot hands, automatic assembly robot hands, precision assembly robots and other automation equipment will gradually liberate the repetitive labor of manpower and constantly improve the standardization and reliability of electronic manufacturing.
